Q: Why has my plan been transferred to Thomas Heald Solutions ?

A: Your previous firm of independant fiancial advisers, Park Row Associates, have now withdrawn from financial services and are no longer able to service your plans. 

Q: Why Thomas Heald ?

A: After undergoing a lengthy consideration process to find its former clients a high quality replacement, Park Row has now transferred the servicing rights to Thomas Heald.

Q: Who are Thomas Heald ?

A: Thomas Heald is a modern breed of financial services company, aiming to meet the challenges of a new financial regime and provide better ways of managing your money. 

Q: Will I still be able to access financial advice ?

A: You will be able to access financial advise through our sister comapny Thomas Heald Ltd, who are Chartered Financial Planners, or complete servicing functions and product purchases through our online or telephone based service.

Q: Does the transfer mean any additional costs are incurred by me ?

A: No, there are no additional costs involved.

Q: Do I have to use Thomas Heald for financial advice ?

A: Naturally you are free to seek advice from the company of your choice.  However, we believe Thomas Heald can offer you access to first-class professional financial services from a highly qualified and respected Chartered Firm.

Q: What if I am unhappy with the advice I received from Park Row, does this effect any of my rights to complain or receive redress if upheld?

A: No, Park Row are still responsible for the advice you received from their advisers and this transfer does not involve in any way a change in your rights to complain or receive redress. 

Q: How many Chartered Firms are there in the UK and how do Chartered firms differ?

A: At the beginning of January 2011 there were 305 Chartered Firms in the UK.  A corporate Chartered title is a commitment to an overall standard of excellence and professionalism and is recognised as the gold standard for advisory firms in the UK.
