A co-founder of Thomas Heald, Nick has amassed over 17 years’ experience as a general practioner IFA. An expert in family and mortgage-related protection, he offers specialist advice on all aspects of life cover and income protection.

While Nick’s clients embrace a diverse range of professions, incomes and lifestyles, most share one thing in common – once they become his client, they stay his client.

As Nick explains: “My job is all about building relationships based on mutual trust and respect. I think that’s reflected by the fact that many of my clients have been with me for 10 years or more.

Such clarity of focus may have something to do with Nick’s ‘other life’ as a practitioner of Shotakan Karate. A 6th Dan Black Belt and a former British and European Team Champion, Nick is also the co-owner of the Leeds Karate Academy, one of the most successful karate clubs in the UK and home to a number of national champions and British
team members.
